Who is Argus Builders Construction Firm

Roughly six years in, Argus Builders now maintains a reputation of being one of Mindanao’s most trusted, and top- recommended construction firms that propels socio-economic growth.

Why?

The core of Argus Builders’ principles is to provide the Filipino people with innovative spaces that are focused not only on the overall improvement of life, but on the solidification of human connections, preservations of heritage, socio-economic growth, and harmonious coexistence with the environment. We do this through the amalgamated expertise of engineers, architects and interior designers offering comprehensive construction services for all your needs.

With years of experience catering to different industries, our construction firm in Davao City has grown skilled in building different infrastructures. We cater from start to finish, including maintenance services for your building. We also do minor engineering works including installation of ceilings, floors, furnishings, partitions of a building, and all installation of all required building services.

Our projects on development on ecotourism sites have marked our prestige. A contract that spanned a total of 5 years, some of the iconic tourism highlights we did were:

Aliwagwag Falls Eco Park

Located at Compostela - Cateel Rd, Cateel, Davao Oriental, the entire eco park was actualized to state-of-the-art construction that focuses on community development and socio-economic progress.

The end goal of the construction of all ecotourism sites is not just to beautify the surroundings, landscapes and business around the Aliwagwag falls. It was top priority to provide modern societies to progress in their locality. Through environmental terrain development, economic growth is possible to help shape social progress.

Subangan Museum

In a museum tour, tour guides are very informative and all knowing about the things in the museum. They usually speak about more than what we see on paintings and small flashcards beside a rock. Without the tour guides, roaming around the museum seems to be roaming in your well arranged antique garage with cool labels.

At Subangan Museum, we constructed the whole museum to be an interactive museum. Adjusting to the world trend of digital natives through a pedagogical learning style. Interactive learning makes the relationship of a student and teacher more like a guide and learner. This is a  very unusual thing for a building construction company to do.

The Museum connects with the hyper-growth use of digital technology through a die cut board with a QR code of a profound explanation of the item through a video or text to read on your phone. It is a who new experience of having a tour guide with your phone alone.

Cape San Agustin of Governor Generoso

Parola Lavigan at Cape San Agustin,Davao Oriental is where St. Francis Xavier celebrated mass aomtiem at 1550. The old lighthouse has been a tourist spot for years.

The peeled off paint, dangerous unrailed stairs, the soil eroded and mud on pathways all around the lighthouse were all reconstructed and restored for attractiveness, safety and convenience to go to even at night with all the beautiful lamp posts around it.

This made the well known Parola Lavigan a beautiful spot not to miss after a swim at the beach with pinking sand below.

Davao Construction Company

Our capability to build is not limited to institutional buildings or buildings itself. We focus more on how these structures will impact communities. Enabling locations that have potential to be new tourist spots especially in rural areas.

With strategic coordination between our construction firm’s architects and engineers, let's find a way to make your vast grassland into a greater resource asset. Let's discuss it here at Argus Builders Davao.
