The hotel is by the Dahican beach, making it both challenging and exciting considering the place’s strong winds and waves, and the strong competition among all hospitality establishments that have long reigned the area. The form of this project is intended to face strong headwinds at an angle to reduce its impact against the building face. The building is also set far from the shore, adhering strictly to national laws on easements so as to avoid the risk of damage from storm surges and to minimize the disturbance of the development on the local shoreline ecosystem. 

• Jacuzzi

A hot tub is also known as ‘Jacuzzi’ the well known global build and design company of baths, hot tubs, pools, and saunas. Just like all the other pools we have constructed at the resort, the pre-planning of the pool constructions basically starts with all the legal requirements and then the budget on feasible the project will be. 

The difference between jacuzzis and other pools is that air pipes are installed and a heat system. The air pipes allow the heat to move in the pool quickly, and the filtration helps regulate the heat in the pool.

The jacuzzi at the resort is exclusively available only at the family villa that is an exclusive part of the resort. A complete family could enjoy the pool together getting warm and cozy with some snacks and light talk about how everyone is doing for the past few days.

• Swimming Pool

A regular swimming pool is built with almost the same concept of your aquarium filter. Water is being sucked into the filtration system and then pumped out through different outlets into the pool. There are different kinds of filters in the pool that are most likely up for preferences on how to maintain the pool.

For instance, sand as a filtration system is a great choice for the resort since sand is everywhere. However, if sand were not readily available near the area, it would not be so practical to have it as a filter since it is suggested to replace it more often than glass filter media. Sand filters so much dirt that it can easily block water in the pump, thus has to be changed right away. 

• Infinity Pool

Infinity pools are the pinnacle of luxury at the resort aiming for a 3 star hotel rating. Wet edge pools, also known as infinity pools, appear to have no pool wall at one end, allowing the water to fall over the edge, providing you a clear and unrestricted view of your surroundings, and allowing you to blend in seamlessly with the environment while in the pool.

As a Davao base construction firm, the design of this pool is not so much different from a regular pool aside from the slanting ground design and the falling water for aesthetics.
